The Alaska Native Oratory Society celebrated its 10th anniversary with a celebration that included opportunities for orators to share spoken word, rap, poetry, humor, storytelling and commemorative narration. The theme for 2012 was “Bravely Facing The Issues: Celebrating Oratory in the 21st Century.”

This segment presents Petla Noden, a sophomore in Political Science from Dillingham. His presentation is a poem that he says depicts, “his struggle with himself, his struggle with God.”
