After the two-day Climate Ethics Works-in-Progress Conference (Sept. 8-9. 2011), we caught up with Michigan State University professor Paul Thompson to ask his reactions to participating in and listening to all the talks at the conference. What stood out for him? What advice did he have for graduate students and new professors pursuing philosophical questions related to climate research? Here are his reflections.

The Climate Ethics Works-In-Progress Conference was funded by the National Science Foundation and occurred Sept. 8-9, 2011 at UAA.
