Kevin Powell: Dr. King, Civil Rights, and the Hip-Hop Generation

Powell is a political activist, poet, journalist, essayist, hip-hop historian and an engaging speaker. The lecture was co-sponsored by UAA Student Activities and the Anchorage Folk Festival. This podcast includes Powell’s lecture and a question and answer session with the audience.
