Professor Ron Heifetz, founder of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard’s Kennedy School and globally recognized author on the subject of leadership, will present a free public talk on leadership in times of change. His lecture will focus on the role of the university in convening public discussions to identify the essential and precious, the negotiable and expendable, and how a community can generate the space for the innovation needed to bring the best of history and tradition into the future. Heifetz will talk about how leaders can adapt to and facilitate change and what that transformation might look like.

The event will also feature a book signing of the new edition of Ron Heifetz and Marty Linsky’s bestselling Leadership on the Line, which will be released in July. The book will be available to purchase at the event. Learn more and RSVP.
