Join Chef Matt Little Dog and staff for the first ever Varsity Cooking Class. On the menu is wild Alaska salmon – where Chef will demonstrate searing, roasting and grilling techniques. A few lucky students may even get to participate as sous chefs. Class includes demonstration, dinner and wine tasting.
