A new program called Individualized Health Planning (IHP) begins in February. As part of the UA Health In Action Program, you can meet regularly with your own personal Health Coach, onsite and face-to-face and receive help developing a wellness plan just for you. Are you interested in weight loss, heart health, physical training and/or stress reduction–your Health Coach can help. Sessions begin February 1, 2008.
UA Health in Action is starting a new wellness incentive program in February. The program begins February 1, 2008, and runs through July. The goal is to help you to incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle. You can accumulate points by tracking your healthy activities in the Health Activity Tracker. For each month you reach a point goal, you’ll get a congratulatory email message and a reward like a gym bag, pedometer, first aid kit, bookstore gift certificate, or cash card. The greater your points, the bigger the reward. More details to come in January.
