Kelly Eldridge will defend her M.A. thesis in anthropology, “Archaeofaunal Representation of Late Western Thule Regionalization: Insights from the Snake River Sandspit Site in Nome, Alaska.” Her thesis explores the connection between late prehistoric and historically known regional Inupiat societies on the Seward Peninsula by comparing archaeofaunal assemblages to established regional subsistence patterns.
