Thirty people, including nine people from the horticulture department, pulled weeds in select areas of campus for UAA’s Annual Weed Pull on Wednesday, June 20. The main targets were invasive species found on campus: Canada thistle, bird vetch and dandelions. The team also pulled many noxious common weeds. Fifty bags of weeds were collected.
