UA employees may now view and print a PDF version of their 2011 W-2 by logging in to UAOnline.* The online form can be printed and submitted to the IRS. For detailed information, please refer to the UA Human Resources website.

*A printed 2011 W-2 form will also be mailed (postmarked) by January 31. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery via the U.S. Postal Service.
