Join the Center for Community Engagement and Learning (CCEL) and fellow faculty for informal presentations on community-engaged minigrants given in Fall 2011. Shannon Gramse, College Preparatory and Developmental Studies, will speak about his “Food for Thought” project, which incorporates hands-on service opportunities for UAA’s Smart Start students focusing on current topics related to food.
