Wednesday, Nov. 2, 7:30-8:30 p.m.
Rasmuson Hall, Room 117
In 1985, a 16-year-old girl in a small upstate New York town was murdered. Steven Barnes was convicted at age 19 of the crime. He was exonerated nearly 20 years later by DNA testing obtained by the Innocence Project. The UAA Justice Center and the Alaska Innocence Project invite you to come hear him tell his story.
This event is free and open to the public. For more information, call the Justice Center at (907) 786-1810.
